We are excited to lead a disciple-making movement in Chula Vista, CA, and plant City Lights Church, a church plant that will in turn plant more churches. Chula Vista is located in Southern California between San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico. It is the #1 Welcoming City in all of the U.S. with 30% of its population coming from outside the U.S. We see this as an incredible opportunity to reach people far from God and far from home.
